When will I be charged for my order?
Your card or PayPal will be charged within 24 hours since the order is submitted, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been placed successfully.
How to use a promo code to order?
On the Payment page, you can use some or all of your promo code. Promo codes are sent to you by email in our newsletter or directly added at the time of your order if offered on the whole website.
Will my promo code expire?

Where is my Babidol promo code?

How can I place an order?
Placing an order on babidol.com is easy, all you have to do is browse, add and check.

How can I track the shipping of my order?

Why is my item out of stock?

What if my order arrives incomplete, damaged or defective?
What is your return policy?
You can return any item within 14 calendar days after receiving your order, and you will receive a full refund for the returned item once we receive the package. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any request for return and get a return form, or directly apply in the section "my account" or "my orders"
Please note that the shipping costs of the returned package will not be included in the refund. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
How can I return something?
Step 1: Send a return request to email@example.com with your order number and the name of the item (s) you wish to return.
